Terms & Conditions
Payment & Reservation
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission. Your booking is not secured until the deposit has been received.
Rush orders are available for a fee of 20% of the total project cost. Rush requests must be discussed, approved, and confirmed according to both client and artist scheduling before the rush fee is accepted.
Final payment is due upon completion. The drawing will not be shipped until final payment has been received.
If a client is not satisfied with the finished result and the concerns cannot be resolved through minor adjustments, final payment will not be required and the artwork will not be shipped.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they secure time within the artist’s schedule and cover creative development.
Turnaround Time
Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of booking and confirmed again at the halfway point of completion.
Rush orders are available at an additional fee, pending availability within both the client’s and artist’s schedules. (See above)
Clients will be notified when their artwork has shipped and will receive tracking information at that time. Once shipped, the artist is not responsible for delivery timelines or carrier delays.
Revisions
Small revisions are accepted during the final phase of the drawing.
Major changes requested after approval of the final sketch or during final rendering may incur an additional fee.
Usage & Copyright
All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.
Clients are granted rights for personal use and social media sharing with credit to the artist. Commercial usage requires written permission and may require an additional licensing fee.
The artist retains the right to use commissioned work in portfolio displays, advertising, social media, and website publication unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Shipping & Presentation
If your commissioned piece is intended as a gift, please notify the artist at the time of booking. The artwork may be packaged accordingly and shipped directly to the recipient.
All original pieces are carefully prepared for presentation and protection. Artwork will be mounted on an acid-free matte photo mount with backing, enclosed in a protective cellophane sleeve, and placed within an insulated shipping box with protective padding to ensure safe travel. *Wood canvases will be securely wrapped but will not be mounted. Though mounting hooks are available at an additional fee.
Orders ship within 1–3 days after final payment has been received and drawing has been completed. Tracking information will be provided once dispatched.
If artwork is damaged in transit, the damage must be photo documented immediately upon receipt and emailed to the artist. The original piece must then be returned at the client’s expense. Upon return and verification, the drawing will be recreated at the artist’s earliest availability at no additional cost.
