Pricing & Process
Each portrait is a fully custom, hand-drawn piece created with
intention and high quality materials made to last a lifetime.
My pricing reflects the time, craftsmanship and premium supplies that go into every piece. Depending on size and detail, portraits typically take anywhere from 10 - 50 hours to complete. This time includes careful sketching, layering, refining fine details, and ensuring the final piece truly captures your loved one's personality and likeness.
I work exclusively with professional, archival grade materials, including:

+ Acid-free premium archival paper
+ Acid-free drafting film - chosen for longevity and detail retention

All portraits are prepared to ship with insulated, protective packaging materials to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition. Packaging materials are included in the listed price, shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

*Additional subjects are available for Standard - A3 size, up to 4 subjects.
*Wood Canvases are available upon request at an additional charge.
Backgrounds are available upon request:
*Simple color wash + $25 - $75 depending on size
*Detailed scene + $75 - $150 depending on size
*Rush orders also available upon request at a 20% additional charge.
Step 1 - Choose your reference photos
Please make sure reference photos are well lit, preferably with the subject looking straight into the camera (unless you are wanting a side profile). Subject position is more important than photo quality! Don't worry if the image is a little blurry or grainy, as long as they're looking in the right direction.
Step 2 - Submit Inquiry Form
Complete the inquiry form below, make sure to attach your reference photos, I may ask for more during the planning process. Please include notes about your pet or loved one's personality, markings or special details you'd like me to consider.
Step 3 - Secure your Spot
Once I review your request, I'll confirm availability, finalize details, and provide an estimated timeline for completion. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission. Your booking is confirmed and started once your deposit is received. If this is a rush order or you have a specific deadline in mind please specify! I am more than happy to accommodate. Please note each piece takes around 12-50 hours to complete.
Step 4 - Completion & Shipping
When your portrait is near completion I will send a final check-in to confirm that everything is to your liking. Small detail adjustments may be made, upon request. When your portrait is finished, the remaining balance is collected. Your artwork is then packaged with insulated protective materials and shipped safely. Tracking information is provided once your piece is on it’s way.
